NORTH BOHEMIA CONVENTION BUREAU, o.p.s (henceforth refered to as NBCB), is a public-benefit corporation founded to support the inclusion of the Liberec Region and Liberec city among the prestigious destinations for holding MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Events). Their activities include the presentation and promotion of organizations from the Liberec Region that offer services in convention and incentive tourism.

Our services

For organizers of MICE events:

• MICE event planning support in Liberec Region

• comprehensive information about convention and meeting facilities available

• advice on the selection of suitable convention and meeting facilities

• advice on suitable accompanying programs

• comprehensive quotations given for requested events

For partners:

• presentation and promotion of NBCB organizations (partners) from the Liberec Region who provide services in convention and incentive tourism and MICE

• co-ordination of co-operation between individual tourist areas of the Liberec Region, with the view to promote and provide comprehensive offers of convention and incentive activities

• development of convention and incentive activities in Liberec Region, co-ordination of marketing activities, co-operation on acquisition of new events and destination sales
• co-ordination with foreign representatives of the Czech Tourism agency
• co-operation with the Czech Convention Bureau and regional subjects such as the Convention Bureau
• participation in exhibitions, fairs, workshops, lectures and seminars aimed at MICE and congress and incentive tourism etc.
